Employment issues in Pakistan

I am Clinical Psychologist from Karachi Pakistan, & I am proud to be Pakistani alhmadulillah

but one issue compelled me to create this blog.

one of my 24 years old client committed suicide because he was unemployed from last two years,  he was the eldest son of his family. interesting thing is I tried to facilitate him requested all of my contacts to facilitate him but no one was much bothered about him and his family. Interesting thing is that we requested them to appoint him as per his abilities we dont wanted undue favor. anyway in short no one facilitated him and he committed suicide because he wasnt having any other options. Many of HR Managers and Owner of different renowned companies are taking mask that they doing social work but surprisingly they giving jobs to their relatives or jan pehchan wala , like as " andha bantai rewaryan apnu apnu ko"

He was not having any support , there was no one behind him who can call for his appointment so that he can have job without any requirements.He was not having letter from any reputable person or POLITICAL party so that he can have that job.

He belongs to middle class family, his father served PAKISTAN NAVY and lives his life with grace and honor, but he was not having contacts. after retirement he went back to his village and living average life or below average life. His sister is in age of marriage and his younger brother wanted to study and he wasnt able to pay his fees. 

I visited different countries and studied about them as well , in other countries adults are enjoying their lives and gov supporting them but in out country person like 24 are living miserable life and in very young age they are compelled to commit suicide because they are not having any other option. where we are standing ??? where we are going ?? where will b our new generations stand ??

there are too many appointments in our society are being on sefarish or parchi , but wherever I referred him ppl said we cant accommodate him or few of them took his cv and ask him that we will call u

he waited along for their call but finally he might realized that no one going to hold his hand, he was experienced hard workers and educated, there was no such point of ignorance 

I feel helpless more than him because he was having hope from me and I was hopeful from many of so called social workers and friends who was able to facilitate him if they want It was matter of call for them but matter of life for him

his mother was use to call me and request me for his job, one day he called me and said now I will never call u or disturb u. I replied excitedly . Oh aunty he got job mashaALLAH ??? She said no, he is no more and he withdrew from our responsibilities because he was not able to take our responsibility. she said he don't love us and he left us laa waris in this age.

My question is why and how long we have to suffer this pain? we have to take this pain? we will bear these incidents ? why ?

he was innocent, he wasnt in age of that , he was well deserving just like our politicians kids are. look at HAMZA SHEHBAZ, MARYAM NAWAZ, BILAWAL BHUTTO OR ASIFA ....

he was intellectual like them or might be more than him, then why he wasnt even able to find single job in his country ? 

I might cant forget myself for not founding myself capable to helped him

or might b I am also like all others who are just talking about others problem but not bothered to help them 

I will keep on posting till the time I didnt find any change in our nation or esp in my generation

because we have to be vocal now, we have to stand up now for our rights and for our respect

how many more will die and y we ?
